Heather Gauthier, CEO, NMT and founder of Total Therapy Massage & Spa, is a National Certifed Massage Therapist since 2008 with a rich background in various therapeutic settings. Her passion for massage therapy grew while working on Olympic gymnasts, leading to her proficiency in a wide rainge of modalites, including sports, neuromuscular, deep-tissue, prenatal, pain relief techniques, cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and hot stones. Heather's approach combines a strong, effective touch with a holistic focus on mind, body, and spirit wellness, incorporating elements like aromatherapy from doterra essential oils and a heat compress.
