Total Therapy Massage's website pictures don't quite convey the instant melt-a-way experience you feel as soon as the front door closes behind you.
Professionalism and personal care is obvious as you check-in and head to the comfort awaiting you in the sitting area, where you can help-youself or are offered a number of relaxing beverages.
Just hanging out for the five-minutes was a delight and we felt completely at home. Some of this is probably due to the fact that all paperwork was handled on-line so our focus was in the "relaxing" and nothing more.
The whole staff continues your experience with their warm welcome, smiles and concern.
Afterwards, to closeout the satisfying and rejuvenating experience, there is no awkwardness paying ... and you'll want to choose the tip option that reflects the "whole" experience, not just the 30, 60, 90 minutes you spent with your masseuse.

I have been going to Heather for well over a year, seeing her regularly during that time, and cannot recommend her more highly! As an athlete, I have been to many massage therapists, however, none compare to her level of skill. Her various techniques and ability to relax/reduce muscle tension is superb. She knows the body well, and always asks me if I have any area(s) of concern before each massage where I may need special attention given. In addition, she is professional, a great communicator, and her office is quiet, impeccably clean, and always comfortable. If I could give 6 stars I would! Do yourself, and your body, a favor and schedule an appointment with her!
